Welcome to Spray Money! These Terms of Service govern your use of our mobile application and services. By using Spray Money, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Spray Money, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
To use Spray Money, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid Nigerian Bank Verification Number (BVN)
- Provide accurate and complete personal information
- Have a valid email address and phone number
- Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN and account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
- Keeping your contact information accurate and up to date
4. Transaction Limits
Current limits apply:
- Minimum transaction: ₦100
- Maximum single transaction: ₦500,000
- Daily limit: Subject to your verification level
Limits may be adjusted based on BVN verification status and account history.
5. Fees
Our current fee structure:
- Wallet top-up: FREE
- Spray transfers (sending): FREE between users
- Receiving money: FREE
- Bank withdrawals: 1.5% (maximum ₦2,000)
Fees are subject to change with prior notice to users.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Spray Money for:
- Money laundering or financial fraud
- Terrorist financing or illegal activities
- Illegal gambling or betting
- Circumventing transaction limits
- Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions
- Any activity that violates Nigerian law or CBN regulations
7. Transaction Finality
Important: Spray transactions are instant and generally irreversible. Please verify recipient details carefully before confirming any transaction.
8. Refunds & Disputes
- For disputed transactions, contact support within 24 hours
- Unauthorized transactions will be investigated promptly
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- We reserve the right to reverse transactions made in error or fraud
9. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Fail identity verification requirements
- Have prolonged inactivity (12+ months)
- Provide false or misleading information
10. Limitation of Liability
Spray Money is not liable for:
- Losses due to unauthorized account access caused by your negligence
- Technical failures or service interruptions beyond our control
- Third-party service disruptions (payment processors, banks)
- Errors in recipient information you provide
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
11. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the Spray Money app are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our app without permission.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts of competent jurisdiction.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of Spray Money after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
